If your childs formula is medically necessary and TRICARE eligible, Prime members are fully covered pending prior authorization by TRICARE. Select members are subject to deductible and co-pay.

We only service TRICARE East and West Insurance, and are unable to ship overseas. We do not service Commercial, Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Shipping time varies based on the process of getting all the paperwork and authorizations back from the doctor and TRICARE.
